Catherine "Cathy" supports clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational problems. She provides a safe environment for exploration of distressing thought patterns, education on effective coping skills, and assists in the development of solutions for a more balanced lifestyle. Cathy likes to think of herself as that authentic and creative friend on the couch with you who also teaches you great boundary setting skills.​​​​

Kadie Ann Bourgoin, (she/her)

Kadie Ann has provided therapy to young adults in the university setting for the first 12 years of her career. She has a supportive and collaborative approach where she believes that with a healthy perspective, life’s most difficult challenges and painful emotions can shape one into becoming their best self. Her theoretical framework is integrative, but she often works from a cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and strengths-based approach. She often helps individuals strengthen their mindfulness skills to manage their symptoms. She specializes in stress management, behavioral change, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, identity development, body image concerns, and disordered eating.

Leeanne Casper, (she/her)

Leeanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples find clarity and healing. At Wayfinder Counseling and Wellness, she provides a safe, non-judgmental space that honors vulnerability and growth. Her integrative approach to counseling allows her to meet each client where they are and individualize treatment plans and goals. Leeanne is trained in a variety of counseling methods including but not limited to (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Grief Counseling, & Trauma-Focused CBT ).
Leeanne has special interest in helping individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, marriage/relationship challenges, grief and loss, women's issues, substance use, and college-age life transitions. Leeanne believes that life can be heavy at times, and asking for help is a natural response—not a failure. Counseling is a place where your story matters, and healing can begin. Katrina Dewberry, LPC/S-Candidate, CGS is a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Grief Specialist devoted to helping individuals find healing, freedom, and wholeness through a faith-integrated approach. She uses CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy along with a holistic lens—caring for the body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to walk with you through life’s challenges with prayerful, professional support rooted in God’s truth and grace—through compassionate counseling and prayerful, intentional care.

Esther Sturdivant Gallieshaw, [she/her]
LPC
Esther Sturdivant Gallieshaw holds an earned advanced degree from University of South Carolina, and specializes in marital, pre-marital, couple and family therapy/counseling, and biofeedback for stress management, relaxation, and anxiety reduction.
She believes counseling is a therapeutic journey of self-exploration, equated to mountain climbing. The trip up the mountain is rough and stressful and requires a lot of thinking and decision making; but reaching the top calls for a celebration.

Caroline Green [she/her]
RD
Caroline is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She specializes in weight-inclusive, trauma-informed nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, yo-yo dieting, body image, and wellness using a non-diet approach. Caroline has a special interest and extra training in the intersection of trauma and eating disorders and somatic-integrated nutrition therapy. She offers client-centered, compassionate care to help clients find freedom with food.

Caisey Hutto [she/her]
LPC
Caisey is passionate about empowering her clients to identify and process trauma so they can move forward to a more regulated life. Caisey recognizes working on trauma can be vulnerable and uncomfortable, which is why she intentionally utilizes a calm and supportive approach. ​
Caisey is trained in a variety of counseling techniques including EMDR, CPT, CBT and DBT. Caisey has a special interest in helping individuals struggling with challenges related to disordered eating, infertility, perinatal and postpartum difficulties, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Caisey believes the first step to healing is being willing to seek help for yourself, and she looks forward to supporting you on your personal healing journey.

Shelby Jones-Stewart, (she/her)

Shelby specializes in complex PTSD, gender identity, grief, queer issues, and communication issues. She worked heavily in the past with anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, dissociation, and derealization. I primarily utilize ACT, EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.

Emily Kasir, [she/her]

Emily works with college students and young adults on issues like anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and body image. Emily has a special focus in working with those grieving the loss of a loved one, or those in a caregiver role for a loved one. Emily believes support for clients struggling with grief or the responsibilities of caregiving is crucial. She approaches her work through a compassionate and humanistic lense, appreciating her clients' individuality, and believes that each person is the expert in their own life.​
Emily is also a Certified Grief Educator. A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief. Certified Grief Educators completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler. They bring his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief.

Elaine has a diverse background including working with clients with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety,
grief and loss and relationship problems. She specializes in providing comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Elaine provides a holistic approach integrating traditional therapeutic methods with alternative wellness practices to support mind, body, and spirit. She offers individual counseling that focuses on healing from past traumas in a safe and supportive environment.

Lindy McQuinn, (she/her)

Lindy works with adults in all life stages. She has been working with young adults in a college setting for the past 6 years and is particularly passionate about this stage of life and the growth and healing that can occur. Whether you are seeking healing from the past, growth in the present, or hopefulness for the future, she wants to support you on this path!

Brandi Mimbs [she/her]

Brandi is a neurodiversity specialist and play therapist. Brandi works with kids and adults living with Autism, ADHD, and Trauma.
With children, Brandi utilizes the evidence-based practice of play therapy to help them process difficult thoughts and feelings. She helps them learn more effective ways to communicate their feelings and needs. With adolescents and adults, Brandi incorporate creative arts interventions into talk therapy to help them tap into the promise and hope for the future.

Madeline Moran [she/her]

Madeline specializes in outpatient treatment for eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. Madeline also has a special focus in treating OCD on it's own, or co-occuring with eating disorders and body image distress - including Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB). Madeline is an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) based therapist and enjoys helping clients move toward their values and feel more fulfilled in their lives. She practices from a HAES (Health at Every Size) and Intuitive Eating perspective and is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

Brie Allen Schaeffer [she/her]

Brie is a licensed psychologist specializing in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and trauma in adults from diverse backgrounds. Her clients learn to better manage and cope with difficult emotions, to cultivate self-compassion, and to build more rich and fulfilling lives while improving their relationship with food and their bodies. Brie empowers her clients by providing compassionate and culturally-sensitive care and uses evidence-based therapy techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

Lauren provides affirming, person-centered therapy and specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, including transgender and gender-diverse clients. Using an ACT-informed approach, Lauren helps clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity while building self-trust, resilience, and meaningful growth. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and empowered to live as their authentic selves. As a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), Lauren is committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, and affirming care.

Mark Stewart [he/him]

Mark works with couples, individuals, and families navigating some of life's most challenging relational moments — from the slow erosion of connection to the acute aftermath of infidelity, from personal identity questions to the complexity of being a partner of a trauma survivor. His primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in attachment theory and focused on what's more deeply driving the presenting conflict.
